June 20, 2022: Flood Mitigation Project Update

On June 20, the Drumheller Resiliency and Flood Mitigation Office presented the 2022 Tender schedule to Mayor and Council.
Projects in this tender release include:
- Midland Dike
- Newcastle Dike
- North Drumheller Grove Plaza Dike
- Willow Estates Dike
Design optimization of these four projects have been completed with the new standard 4.0 metre top width and 0.5 metre freeboard designs.

DRFMO Preliminary Program Schedule
In 2022, the Flood Office will be focusing on the construction of four dike projects, including:
- Midland Dike
- Newcastle Dike
- North Drumheller Grove Plaza Dike
- Willow Estates Dike
Details and timelines for all other dike projects will be released as more information becomes available.
