Memorial Benches, Plaques, and Tables

Posted on Mar. 14 2022

With construction for the Flood Mitigation Project starting soon, memorial benches, plaques, and tables located in construction areas will be temporarily moved to make room for project work and to ensure the safety of the items. Following construction, all memorial benches, plaques, and tables will be placed as closely back to their original location as possible.

The Flood Mitigation Office understands how important the memorial benches, plaques, and tables are to their respective family members and the community as a whole. These treasured items will be moved to a safe storage location with the utmost care.

If you or someone you know has a question regarding their loved one’s memorial bench, plaque, or table, please email the Flood Mitigation Office at floodreadiness@drumheller.ca.
