It will be a loan for $5M total but could be made up of 2-3 different loans totally the $5M, depending on the timing required for the money.

We don’t know the rates yet as we haven’t applied to borrow the money and the rates change. We cannot borrow the funds until we receive 3 readings of the bylaws.
