Attention Willow Estates residents!

We wanted to provide you with an update on the ongoing construction in your area. Crews have been hard at work installing underground works, which has unfortunately caused some delays due to slow response from the gas company. However, we are happy to report that the underground work at 7 Ave is now complete!

We understand that the lack of grooming in the area has caused some concern, but please know that the underground and drainage works have taken priority before regular rainfall was seen on site. Additionally, additional fill work is still required before trimming can take place. We are happy to report that trimming is ongoing in areas where fill is complete and remaining fill will be placed starting this week as weather allows.

The remaining schedule includes finishing the fill and installing planting beds, landscape staircases, and safety barriers on 7 Ave. This will be followed by topsoil and mulch placement, planting, sod installation, and seeding. Our current completion date is set for the end of June, as long as there are no significant weather delays. Please note that work will not proceed on rainy days or after rainy days if the site is still too wet, as safety is our top priority.
