During the winter months, downtown berm construction activities will be paused due to snow, colder temperatures and frozen ground conditions. Consequently, the downtown berm area will be closed to the public and a secure fence will be installed around it for safety reasons. We kindly request that residents adhere to posted signage, respect the fencing, and avoid entering these restricted areas.
