Construction for Phase 1 of the East Coulee Berm Project will resume the week of April 28, 2024. Construction for Phase 2 of the East Coulee Berm Project will begin early June.  

For your safety and the safety of our crews, we ask that you please do not approach the work sites and/or crew members while they are working. We ask that you please follow all posted safety instructions, be patient with temporary road closures and cooperate with traffic control measures.
