Construction for Phase 1 of the East Coulee Berm Project will resume the week of April 28, 2024. Construction for Phase 2 of the East Coulee Berm Project will begin at the end of May.  

For your safety and the safety of our crews, we ask that you please do not approach the work sites and/or crew members while they are working. We ask that you please follow all posted safety instructions, be patient with temporary road closures and cooperate with traffic control measures.
